Department of Experimental and Cognitive Psychology

Head: Elvira Masoura, Associate Professor in Cognitive and Experimental Psychology

This department covers the following scientific fields: study and assessment of cognitive and affective psychological phenomena (perception, attention, cognition, memory, thinking, language, motivation, emotions), their biological substrates, neuropsychological study of the above processes and their malfunctions, psychology of aging, history and epistemology of psychology, contribution of psychology to the cognitive science, methods of psychological research and statistical analysis of research data.
